 At Executive Impact we leverage the use of sound profile assessments to aid in targeting key development areas quickly and correctly.  We use these tools to measure how well new behavior methods will be embraced and retained.  We are certified in a number of diagnostically based assessment tools that measure a leader's impact and identify areas of challenge.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE ASSESSMENTS

When it comes to leadership and success in the workplace, emotional intelligence (EQ) matters just as much as intellectual ability (IQ) and possibly more.  Emotional intelligence helps an individual navigate the social complexities of the workplace, lead and influence others as well as excel in their next position.  Some of the assessments we use are:

LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENTS

Tools assessing a leader's ability to identify and solve key organizational problems are essential when developing the executive or high potential people for their next important role.  Instead of continuing what has been working in their current career path, getting them to where they are now, what is required for the future is a different scope and concentration of efforts for the next level.  Leadership assessments assist with this performance / perception gap.  Distinct from IQ, managerial intelligence can improve through assessment, learning, and practice.  Some of the assessments we use are:
